The filling of the tissues of the back of the hand is performed by reinjection of centrifuged autologous fat after liposuction in the operating theatre. This is the “LIPOFILLING” or “LIPOSTRUCTURE” technique also used for facial filling. This technique is performed under local or general anaesthesia.

The advantage of this technique is of course the durability of the results and the absence of the use of substances other than autologous fat (taken from the patient himself).
