Edema is present for 1 to 3 months. Most of the time the pain is very well tolerated. An analgesic treatment will be prescribed for 8 days.

A support bra, prescribed during the consultation in Nice, will be put in place in the operating room as soon as the operation is over and must be worn for 4 to 6 weeks. Sports activities will be allowed after 6 to 8 weeks.

The final result will be assessed after the oedema has melted, i.e. after about 3 months.
