Conventional otoplasty usually involves..:

A plasty of the anthelix, combining a weakening of its anterior face and a plicature maintained by deep stitches; A burying of the concha, allowing to bring the auricle back in a good position in relation to the skull.

The earlobe is also plastyed to reposition it.
