In most cases, we perform liposuction associated with the waist in order to clearly mark the waist and thus highlight more clearly the increase in the buttocks. An often sought-after arch is thus recreated.

In some cases, and in order to further improve the result, in particular by adding volume to the external part of the buttocks, in order to widen it, lipofilling (fat reinjection) is performed. The lateral hollow is thus treated.
