Except in very rare cases where the breast has not developed at all (breast aplasia), this operation is not reimbursed by social security. The costs of hospitalization, clinic (operating room), anesthesia and surgery are therefore borne directly by the patient, with no possibility of coverage by mutual insurance companies. A breast augmentation therefore costs between 3900 and 4500 euros including prostheses.
