The corpus cavernosum is thus externalized, lengthening the extra-corporeal portion of the penis.\u00a0The possible lengthening is of the order of 2 to 3 cm on sex at rest.\u00a0A slight decrease in the inclination of the penis in erection is possible.<\/p>\n<p>Penis enlargement is done by injecting fat into the penis under the skin. This fat is removed by liposuction from the inner side of the thighs or abdomen, then centrifuged and reinjected through fine cannulas at the base of the penis. The volume of fat injected is about 30 to 60cc.
