LIFTING CERVICO-FACIAL

The cervico-facial lift is the most frequently performed facelift. A natural result without modification of the expressions is preferred.

It combines:

  • a face lift (cheekbones, cheeks, oval of the face)
  • a neck lift (allows to redefine the angle between the chin and the neck)
  • a facelift of the temporal region (dummy clip)

What are the advantages of a facelift ?

The aim of the intervention is to correct certain disgraces that gradually set in during the natural ageing process at the :

  • of the face: temples, cheeks, jowls, bitterness wrinkles and oval of the face
  • of the neck: angle between the neck and the chin

In this way, the tissues (skin, muscle and fat) are returned to their original position. The face thus regains the appearance it had a few years earlier.

What are the principles ?

In order to return the tissues to their initial position, the facial muscles will be re-tensioned after limited skin detachment. The facial skin will then be draped over the muscle work done in depth, without excessive tension, thus avoiding a frozen aspect.

The naturalness of the result will be in all cases privileged. In case of localized fat overload, a liposuction, for example of a double chin, will be associated with the facelift. This lipoaspirated fat can be reused by lipostructure to restore volume to areas of the face that lack it.

Where are the scars placed ?

They are concealed in a fold in front of the ear, and hidden by the hair in the temporal region and on the nape of the neck. Eventually, they are very discreet.
